Will COVID-19 (Coronavirus) affect your delivery?
Is our soapworks open?
Yes it is.
We have taken additional steps to ensure our soapworks is a safe space for us to produce soaps by putting the following measures in place:
- Reduced the number of person working at any one time.
- Introduced additional cleaning routines with more frequent cleaning of high traffic areas.
- Adapted the working environment to help ensure social distancing can be maintained at all times.
We are also working closely with our community to understand and answer any concerns that they have.
How does this impact my delivery?
Due to the measures we’ve put in place to protect ourselves and the community, you will experience some adjustments in our delivery service.
We will not allow pick-up orders to avoid potential cross-contamination between different families. Instead, we offer a free shipping to families living in the Corr na Móna, Clonbur, Ballinrobe and Headford area. All other deliveries will be shipped by regular mail.
We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
